LOCAL & SUSTAINABLE SOURCING
– Hand-harvested under OFB supervision on the Loix and Ars-en-Ré sites:
30 t/year of ulva, 12 t of nori, 8 t of wakame, 6.5 t of fucus – securing consistent industrial supply
– Batch-level traceability and low-temperature drying (< 40 °C) preserve proteins, minerals and polyphenols
