Recipe Idea: Algae Tartar

Discover our succulent seaweed tartare recipe:

Finely cut 3 or 4 gherkins, 1 clove of garlic and 1 small shallot into small pieces (or mix with a mini chopper)

Mix with the juice of 1 small lemon, 1 tablespoon of cider, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a little pepper or mixture of berries. The dehydrated seaweed flakes (50g) will rehydrate with olive oil and ingredients.

Rectify the seasoning if necessary, and possibly add olive oil.

Keep cool for the time of rehydration.
